DUTIES OF THE SOCIAL ACTION COMMITTEE OF THE UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST FELLOWSHIP AT SALISBURY

2. Provide information and educational opportunities for the congregation and community-at-large by announcements of relevant events, meetings and activities. This can be done at gatherings and/or through the media, Sunday Order of Service, newsletter, bulletin board and/or educational events and programs.

3. Interface committee work with other appropriate Fellowship groups as needed.

4. Develop a committee budget based on both projected social action plans/projects and recommended financial contributions supporting selected local and national activities and organizations.

5. In May (for the President) prepare a brief written annual activity report to attach to this job description. The report will serve as a reference for the new Social Action Committee.
